Martin brings a decade & a half years of experience in occupational health and safety across complex environments — including advanced manufacturing, robotics, pipeline, powerline, oil & gas, construction and field operations. He also holds certifications as an NCSO, CHSC and CRSP. As a Certified Safety Professional and trusted advisor, Martin has led successful COR audits, built enterprise-wide HSE systems, and helped organizations embed safety into their culture. His practical, engaging approach empowers leaders and workers alike to own safety outcomes.

Brandon brings over a decade of progressive experience in Occupational Health & Safety spanning high-risk industries including oil & gas, construction, utilities, and industrial manufacturing. Having led safety systems implementation, risk assessments, training needs analysis and regulatory audit readiness, Brandon has a proven track record for improving safety performance, reducing incident rates, and guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes.
Brandon’s strengths include designing integrated HSE programs, conducting internal and external audits, creating and delivering safety trainings, and fostering safety leadership from the top down. His style is proactive and collaborative — he partners closely with management and frontline workers to build sustainable safety practices that are both effective and practical.
